Key Responsibilities

  • Server Management: Administration and maintenance of Windows Server and Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

  • Hypervisor Management: Administration of virtualized environments with Hyper-V, Nutanix, VMware ESXi and vSphere, optimizing resources and ensuring high availability.

  • Incident Management: Efficient problem resolution using platforms like OTRS and GLPI, ensuring quick and effective response.

  • Monitoring with Zabbix: Configuration and management of monitoring systems for proactive problem detection and rapid incident response.

  • Report Review: Regular analysis of server reports to identify and resolve issues.

  • Incident Resolution: Diagnosis and solution of a wide range of technical problems, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
